FIRE CIDER - immune boosting tonic

I’m going into my third month of my herbal apprenticeship and I can truly

say it’s everything I hoped it would be. 


13 women arrive from different places, different lives and we’re greeted

with curling smoke from the chimney and waving leaves.

We share our homework, our week, our potions and hold space for whatever it is that arises.

Around us the candles burns slowly and herbs hang along the rafters, awaiting their transmutation.

Friday’s are for herbs and witching in the woods.







Since it’s winter and there isn’t much harvesting to do, we are medicine making - herbal tea + bath blends, tinctures and herbal vinegars. Next week, ancestral foods potluck.



Fire Cider is a pungent immune boosting, digestive stimulant to warm you up in these winter months. 


Ginger.Garlic.Onion.Turmeric.Thyme.Rosemary.Sage.Citrus.Cranberries.Rosehips.Hot Peppers.

Cover it all in ACV and let it sit for 4-6 weeks.

Strain + take by the shot glass.


It’ll surely wake you the fck up.

If you have it in your kitchen, you can probably make a fire cider with it!
