CBD Adaptogenic Moon Cycle Chocolates

Hormone Balancing

Rosebud CBD chocolates

 

  • 1 bar of 100% Cacao

  • 1 tbs of butter (I use Miyokos vegan butter)

  • 1 bottle of Rose bud CBD oil (.5 oz | 347 mg)

  • ½ tsp of Maca

  • ½ tsp Ashwagandha

  • 1-2 tbs maple syrup

  • Optional: cinnamon

 

Directions:

Chop the bar of cacao into smaller pieces and it to a microwave safe bowl.

Add Rosebud CBD and butter.

Microwave in increments of 20 seconds, mixing the ingredients each time until the chocolate is melted.

Mix in maca, ashwagandha, maple syrup and cinnamon.

Pour into molds.

 

Extra chocolate can be added to small paper liners to make nut butter cups!

 

Makes 15 small molds and 6 mini nut butter cups.

 

Optional sprinkle of dehydrated raspberries.


 

Cacao

High levels of antioxidants. Supports liver function.

Magnesium: improves mood, relieves stress, helps balance mood swings

 

Maca

Known as Peruvian ginseng. Reduces fatigue.

High mineral contents of iron, magnesium, B complex and is known to balance hormones.

 

Ashwagandha

Indian ginseng. Contains alkaloids and steroidal lactones making it a powerful anti-stress, antioxidant and adaptogenic herb.

 

Cinnamon

anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.

Balancing blood sugar which is important for regular ovulation.

Warming to the reproductive organs aiding in blood flow.
