Slowly turning everything into waffles...

I have no shame.

Instead of waiting 45 minutes for a loaf to cook, you wait 4 and eat them while you wait for the other ones to cook.

Vegan + GF Banana Bread Waffles

  • 1 cup of GF flour, I use Premium Gold

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbls maple syrup

  • 3/4 cup + 1 tbls

  • 2 flax eggs

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 mashed ripe banana



For baking, I always combine the wet and dry ingredients separate

and then slowly incorporate the dry mix into the wet ingredients.




Recipe Notes:


I don't make my recipes super sweet, so adding either a few tablespoons cane sugar or more maple syrup would bump up the sweetness OR more banana, yum!


When I make them again (which will be soon!) I will probably add more cinnamon and more banana to mine for an extra flavor boost!
